Rules about Pk/Ks on different spots and about party

1.Pk on different spots is allowed.
2.If you pk on a spot where already is a full party , you`ll be banned.
3.A full party is considered a party of 5 players.
4.In case you`ll lvling up on a spot and a full party comes , you must leave the spot.
5.In case a full party want a spot and so. is killing them he will be banned.
